Naturally, there’s also Get Satisfaction, which includes a place for Twitter fans to help each other out.

The Twitter Fan Wiki on PB also has some good advice (this is where I learned about #hashtags, which made searching for subjects on Twitter much easier.

And this Twitter search engine has some great operators – learn how to search for a subject by including a positive attitude   or a negative attitude along with your key phrases.
